How to get Printer Access

Step 1 - Verify the Printer is installed on your Laptop

This will walk you through the Settings App to verify if the Printer has been pre-installed on your laptop device.

  1. Click on the Start Menu and click on Settings
  2. Click on Bluetooth & Devices and then click on Printers & Scanners
  3. Scroll through the list and verify your Region Office printer is listed. The Printer will have the Region's Name and Floor location if applicable
  4. If the Printer is not listed, please move on to Step 2 below.


Step 2 - Sync with the Company Portal

This step is to make sure the Company Portal app on your laptop is synced with our systems to ensure the approved apps and printer(s) are installed on your device. 

  1. Click on the Start Menu and
  2. Search "Company Portal" and click on Open
  3. Click on Settings in the bottom left-handand corner
  4. Click on Sync.
  5. Please give it about 15 minutes for it to sync with our systems. Go back through Step 1 to verify if the Printer has been installed. If the Printer is still missing, please move on to Step 3 below.


Step 3 - Submit a Ticket

If the Printer is still not installed, a ticket must be submitted with your Region/Office location. If the Region/Office location is not provided, this could result in prolonging the installation of the printer. Again, when submitting a ticket, the Region/Office location is required.

  1. Go to our website https://help.yourhealth.org and click on Sign in with Microsoft button if you haven't already.
  2. Click on the Submit a Ticket button
  3. Use the Technical Support Form and in the description, be sure to provide the Region/Office Location and the Printer's Equipment ID # on the sticker so we can make sure to install the correct Printer.
