Work Device
- Open the Company Portal app and sign in
- Tap on Devices at the bottom of the screen and tap on your Phone
- Tap on "Check Status" and this will begin syncing with our Intune System.
After about 5-10 mins, the sync should finish and apps will updated and new apps pushed out.
Personal Device
Setup the App
If you haven't gotten the Email Invitation or don't have the app, please fill out the Access Request Form when submitting a Ticket. Once the Ticket is completed, IT will notify you that the Openpath App is pushing out to your Work phone device. If you have a Personal device, please go to your App store and download the Openpath app. If the App is not on your App Store, please send a screenshot on your phone of the App not on your Store and they will look to provide an alternate access.
