Device Setup - iPhone

iPhone Setup

  1. Turn the device on and go through the iPhone setup prompts. 
  2. The Passcode will need to be a 6 Digit Number passcode Make sure to remember this passcode. It cannot have a ascending or descending sequence (EI: 123456 or 654321). It highly important to not stop during this process of setting up the phone. If it goes to sleep at any time it may lock the phone interrupting the setup process. 
  3. Be sure to turn on Location Services.
  4. Once you complete the process, you’ll be put onto the Home Screen you’ll open the Company Portal App.
    1. Sign in with your Work Email address and Password
    2. Hit Begin and follow the prompts to setup.
    3. It may give an error saying the Passcode you created earlier isnt strong enough. If it doesn’t, move to the next step. If it does, try entering it again and if it doesn’t work, you’ll need to create another 6 Digit Number passcode.
  5. It’ll take a few minutes for other Apps to be installed on the phone. We usually wait about 20-30 mins for the Apps to be installed. If there is a problem or an App missing, please put in a Technical Support Ticket.

Outlook App Setup

Open the Outlook app and you should see your work email address. Hit Add Account, then hit Maybe Later on the next screen. Hit ok or Allow on the following prompts and Outlook will close. Reopen the App and continue with the prompts until there are no more.

 

Voicemail Setup

Non Providers

Open the Teams App and go to Settings>Calling>Voicemail Greeting. Here you will create your Voicemail Greeting that will work on the phone

Providers

  1. Call the phone number you received from the new device. 
  2. You will be asked for a passcode which will be the last 5 numbers of your telephone number. 
  3. It will ask you to create a password. 
  4. Choose a greeting you can use default or custom if you choose custom you will then record your new greeting.
