If you are experiencing issues with submitting PTO and/or getting an error stating "An unhandled error has occurred. Reload ". Please follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Make sure you are not submitting PTO on your off week. PTO should only be used during your normal Track schedule. For example, if you work Track A but you submit PTO on a day in Track B, you will not be able to submit.
Step 2 - Please reach out to your Supervisor to verify your profile is setup correctly in the Repository. If any information is missing in the profile, it can cause PTO submissions to cause the error.
Step 3 - If the above has been completed and you are still experiencing an error or different error, please send an email to BugReport@yourhealth.org and be sure to provide a screenshot of your entire screen so they can investigate.
