PDFs not Downloading

Method 1:

Open Adobe Reader Click Hamburger menu select>Help>Check for updates


Method 2:

Open Edge go to Settings> Cookies and site permissions>PDF documents toggle "Always Download PDF's" Have client try to open PDF file


Method 3:

If still unsuccessful, please submit a Technical Support Ticket.
