Forgot Microsoft Email Password

Method 1:

Please go to Office.com and hit Sign in. You will then put in your Email address and hit Next.

Select Forgot password?

If the "Enter password" window is still open select Forgotten your password?

If not, select Reset password below, enter the username name for the account you’re trying to reset, and select Next.

Follow the Prompts on the screen to verify

Method 2:

If you are already signed into Office.com, please click on your profile picture and click on View Account. Click on Change Password and follow the instructions so your Password is reset.
