Beginning on January 16, you will see an updated screen when utilizing the “Forgot Password?” link from the athenaOne login page.
Once you enter your username in the updated prompt, you will be redirected to the existing screens that you’re familiar with. Learn more about resetting your password >
This change is being made to prepare for an enhanced password reset experience that will be released in phases. Expect a communication from athenahealth to inform you when your organization will receive this feature.
