1. Navigate to Outlook and open an email.
2. In the image shown above, there is a "More" button represented by "..."
3. Reporting will be split into two options, one for junk email, and one for phishing attempts. A junk email is unsolicited, often irrelevant, promotional content that clutters your inbox, but it's generally harmless. A phishing email, however, is a deceptive message designed to trick you into sharing sensitive information, such as passwords or credit card numbers, often by pretending to be a legitimate source.
4. Please remember to stay safe when clicking on links and browsing the web, especially on company issued devices. If you have any questions about a suspicious email, or something seems off, report it and submit a ticket to IT.
